Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at  support@novabaymart.com with photos.

  • We will provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. To request a cancellation, please contact us at  support@novabaymart.com with your order number. If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
